You must notify wos55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
wos55 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
wos55 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process requires you to submit the following documents:

All deposits are accepted and held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wos55 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any transfer made in a currency other than IDR will be rejected and returned to the originating payment method.
